After a successful career at Infosys, where Viji became a Senior Project Manager, she faced a pivotal moment in 2013. Balancing her demanding job with the needs of her young children became overwhelming, leading her to leave the corporate world. In 2020, she founded CecureUs, a platform aimed at creating flexible work environments for mothers. Viji recognized that many women wanted to contribute professionally while managing family responsibilities. By establishing a supportive community, she has helped countless mothers find their footing in the workforce without sacrificing their family life. Viji's vision is clear: she aims to ensure that 10,000 workplaces are free from sexual harassment while promoting mental wellness. Her work is driven by a commitment to diversity and inclusion, helping women and minority groups achieve their professional goals. Through her initiatives, she embodies the spirit of community and collaboration.
