Their responsibilities may include: 👉 Evaluating systems and facilities to identify maintenance or repair needs, and developing schedules and procedures 👉 Ensures that the physical location of computer and related hardware is secured. 👉 Conducts information systems audits to ensure system information is secure from breach and unauthorized access. 👉 Enhancing existing security with password protection, firewalls and other tools 👉 Extensive knowledge of security frameworks 👉 Research skills to keep abreast of the latest malware threats and developments in IT security. 👉 Overseeing maintenance work to ensure quality, and checking systems for functionality 👉 Ensuring maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and on time, and that health and safety policies are followed. 👉 Collaborate with other members to ensure smooth operations and address any maintenance-related concerns or emergencies.
