Compressible Flow: Fluid density changes significantly (e.g., in gases at high speeds). Incompressible Flow: Fluid density is nearly constant (common in liquids). Single-phase Flow: Contains only one phase (liquid or gas). Multiphase Flow: Involves multiple phases (e.g., gas-liquid, solid-liquid). Rotational Flow: Fluid particles have angular motion.
