Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements and organizational culture. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding. Maintain accurate candidate records and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Qualifications: Minimum 6 months of experience in Contract-to-Hire (C2H) Technology recruitment. Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
