For Turning Treat Café, we transformed the space through a creative and flexible interior design solution. As the site was restricted to temporary construction, we had to carefully craft an interior that maintained elegance and functionality, while adhering to the no-permanent-structures rule. Our main focus was to develop a welcoming atmosphere that was both cost-effective and visually appealing. The design features a blend of indoor, outdoor, and under-the-tree seating areas, each offering a unique dining experience. The outdoor area is nestled in nature, with the under-the-tree seating designed to bring a refreshing, organic vibe. For the indoor space, we utilized lightweight, movable elements to ensure flexibility without compromising on style. In the kitchen, we installed modular, movable cabinets, allowing for future reconfiguration or relocation as needed. This innovative approach to the kitchen setup ensures durability while maintaining the project’s temporary nature. Presenting the working drawing of a meticulously designed truss for a school activity stage! 🏗️ This structure covers 60ft x 40ft of main activity area, along with changing rooms, bathrooms, and staircases on all four corners for easy access. We’ve utilized a combination of M.S. square pipe sections (2x2, 3x3, 4x4 inch) for strength, with vertical members braced for added stability. 🔹Points to Remember during Construction: 1. Ensure RCC pedestals are properly aligned and cast with precise level markings to maintain structural accuracy. 2. Use high-quality grade concrete (M20 or higher) for RCC pedestal to handle the truss load efficiently. 3. Maintain proper anchorage depth and ensure base plates are fixed with adequate grout thickness for stability. 4. During fabrication, weld joints must be full penetration type to avoid weak connections. 5. Introducing the truss design for our latest farmhouse project – a perfect fusion of modern architecture and natural surroundings.🏠 Designed with sustainability in mind, the structure combines mild steel (MS) sections and wooden elements to enhance both aesthetics and functionality. The use of natural ventilation and lighting ensures energy efficiency while maintaining a strong connection to the environment. 🔹The truss is crafted with: - 75x75 mm MS square pipes (3.5 mm thickness) for the main structure. - 50x50 mm and 50x100 mm MS square pipes for additional support. - The truss rests on an RCC composition that includes lintel beams and columns for stability. Our innovative design features an asymmetrical ridge line, with the extended truss covering the porch area. Each element is carefully crafted to ensure durability, sustainability, and elegance. ✨ Construction Points to Remember: 1. Ensure precise alignment of the truss with column grids for load distribution. 2. Proper welding of MS sections is crucial for structural integrity. 3. Pre-treat wood to ensure long-term durability and protection against weathering. 4. Anchor the truss securely to the lintel beams and columns for stability. 5. Allow for adequate expansion joints to accommodate temperature variations. 6. Test for natural drainage around the porch area to avoid water accumulation.
