Today, the 17th of December, marks a day that will always be memorable to us, as 6 years ago, Eeki was incorporated 🔥 In 2018, we started this journey with a clear vision: to make nutritious vegetables affordable and accessible to every strata of society. What started on a small rooftop farm has now grown into a journey we’re immensely proud of: ▪️𝟕𝟎 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐞𝐬 of farms operational, with 50 more acres under construction. ▪️Consistent production of 𝐩𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐝𝐞-𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞 cucumbers and tomatoes. ▪️Employing over 𝟓𝟎𝟎 𝐫𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐥 𝐰𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐧 at our farms. But we’re just getting started. In the next phase, we aim to: ▪️Venture into 𝐚𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 through our 3rd gen chambers ▪️Expand across the country in states like 𝐌𝐚𝐝𝐡𝐲𝐚 𝐏𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬𝐡, 𝐌𝐚𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐬𝐡𝐭𝐫𝐚, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐓𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐥 𝐍𝐚𝐝𝐮. ▪️Create crop-specific nutrition recipes for staples like 𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐬, 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐤𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐥𝐥 𝐩𝐞𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬. At Eeki, smart farming goes beyond producing quality food – we also prioritise the health and well-being of our farm workers. Recently, we organised a health camp in collaboration with the Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC), Ministry of Labour.
