What a dope Saturday! Had an epic day at 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐔𝐧𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 2024 organized by The Product Folks! Lol we were so in the zone of meeting amazing people and hearing from the top product legends of the country that we completely forgot to take a single picture. Honestly though, that’s how you know it was a great day! 🔥 Big kudos to the TPF team for putting together a stellar lineup of speakers, plus the surprise sesh with Kunal Shah totally killed it! Packed with invaluable insights and incredible learnings on the product front, one piece of advice that particularly stuck with me was what the man himself said about writing and putting your stuff up online for the whole world to see—without giving two hoots about janta's judgment. And so, with the intent of embracing a more unapologetic version of myself on social media, here’s a quick BTS clip of our week leading up to the event (Prannay and I couldn't have done it without you, Chris and Anuradha!) A huge thank you to Suhas Motwani and Aditya Mohanty for giving Design Crescendo the opportunity to be gifting partners. Seeing our packages empty out into the hands of some of the sharpest product minds in the country? Totally worth it! We hope everyone enjoyed the little 2025 calendars we put together! 🚀 Here's to more open conversations, bold ideas, and building connections that drive real change in the product world! PS - Missed you at the event big time, Sankar! 😄

If you know me, you know how much of a movie buff I am. I don't just enjoy watching movies but also breaking them down and doing a bit of my own analysis, as you may have seen in past posts and on our YouTube channel, Design Crescendo. I'll be honest with you though—there are some things I like more in the space of filmmaking, particularly in pre-production like scripting, and in post-production like editing. I'm not a fan of production at all, and the more I can stay away from it, the happier I am. This means though that I'm expected to give the best possible input to the director and the DOP so they can translate exactly what I have in mind onto the screen, down to the footage, which is why 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲𝐛𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐛𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐬 𝐬𝐮𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐥. Now, imagine if this could happen in just a few minutes. No more tedious processes with a bunch of folks from different disciplines sitting together for days! I mean, there are facets of it that we love and enjoy which we shouldn't eliminate, but there are also many aspects that can easily be fast-tracked. And that's where LTX Studio comes in. Check out the video to see this insane tool in action, and to get a glimpse into the future of storyboarding and filmmaking! #ai #storyboarding #filmmakingtools #generativevideo

Disclaimer: Sorry for calling Rahul Dravid a Tragic Hero but he does average below 40!!!! We really wanted to do a video related to cricket after the World Cup win. But Design Crescendo is a design, hustle, and marketing channel... how do we do cricket??? Well, the answer was storytelling using our cricket heroes! Had loads of fun creating this. Hope you like it. PS: Dravid was Nishant D'souza's suggestion. He's a big fan but knows his cricketing career fits the bill of a tragic hero! #Writing #ScriptWriting #MovieWriting #Cricket #ICC #WorldCup #RohitSharma #ViratKohli #Kohli #YuvrajSingh

5 months into posting content on YouTube with almost 60 videos published already, and what do we have to show? 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫 550 𝐬𝐮𝐛𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐛𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐛𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐧𝐝𝐬! Honestly, I see this as a win, considering how much time Prannay and I are able to spend on video content creation with the umpteen other things going on constantly. Content creation can be overwhelming, especially if you take a stab at it without any plan. The only reason why I'm able to churn videos out week-on-week without feeling the heat is because having a system in place makes staying consistent WAY easier. It takes the overwhelming "what do I do now?" out of the equation and lets the creativity flow. The idea is to eliminate as many variables as possible at the very beginning itself, especially with respect to the visual identity. Creating a strong visual language is a dynamic and ongoing process but from creating your hooks and intros to refining your editing style, each element plays a crucial role in shaping your content, and the sooner they are defined, the easier the process becomes. So, what are some of the key things to consider when putting this visual system in place, so that you can build templates and guidelines for your content successfully? Here's what we've learned thus far! #youtube #contentcreation #brandguidelines #visualidentity Design Crescendo

The F1 mid-season break is due after this final race in Belgium on Sunday, and with the way the season has gone - like last time, looks like this season too is all about who is going to end up second lol! This post though, is more about the show that needs to be credited with Formula 1's resurgence in recent years - Netflix's 𝐃𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐭𝐨 𝐒𝐮𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐯𝐞! Having debuted in 2019, Drive to Survive offered an unprecedented behind-the-scenes look at Formula 1 from the get-go. The show didn't just cater to die-hard fans; it attracted a whole new audience. Viewers who never imagined they could be interested in motorsport found themselves hooked to the high-octane drama both on and off the track. While the detractors of the show have increased over the years with die-hard fans now absolutely hating on it, there's still a lesson to be learned from the genius of the show itself. After having rewatched all 6 seasons in the last month, here's a quick dissection of Drive to Survive, its edit style, and the strategy Netflix has used over the years to keep viewers on edge with all its filmmaking manipulation. #film #editing #f1 #documentary #marketing

A one-size-fits-all approach to customer profiling is no longer enough. To truly drive effective marketing strategies, you need to chart a multifaceted Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). Why is this crucial? 𝐁𝐞𝐜𝐚𝐮𝐬𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐚𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐢𝐬 𝐝𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐞, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐬𝐞𝐠𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐢𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐬 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐛𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞 𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬. By developing a multifaceted ICP, you can tailor your messaging, products, and services to meet the specific needs and preferences of each segment. So, how do you translate this into action to craft a detailed ICP? 1️⃣ 𝐆𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐚 - The foundation of a strong ICP lies in understanding your target audience. Gather data through customer interviews and surveys targeting all three ICP personas (economic buyer, user, influencer), and analyze data for buying patterns and common profiles. Use website analytics to understand user behavior, popular content, and conversion funnels. 2️⃣ 𝐈𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐲 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐬 - Identify commonalities and distinct characteristics by considering factors like demographics (age, income level, location), firmographics (company size, industry, budget for B2B), needs and pain points (challenges, frustrations, aspirations), buying behaviors (research methods, decision influencers), and motivations (values, priorities). 3️⃣ 𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐥𝐚𝐩 - Identify the sweet spot where the needs and interests of all three personas converge. These questions should help - - 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘰𝘯 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘣𝘭𝘦𝘮𝘴 𝘥𝘰 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘰𝘯𝘢𝘴 𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘦? - 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘷𝘢𝘭𝘶𝘦 𝘱𝘳𝘰𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘪𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯 𝘤𝘢𝘯 𝘦𝘢𝘤𝘩 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩? - 𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵 𝘮𝘦𝘴𝘴𝘢𝘨𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘴𝘱𝘦𝘢𝘬𝘴 𝘵𝘰 𝘢𝘭𝘭 𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘦𝘦 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘪𝘯 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳 𝘫𝘰𝘶𝘳𝘯𝘦𝘺? 4️⃣ 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚 𝐣𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐧𝐞𝐲𝐬 - Make detailed buyer personas, rich with information about who they are and how they interact with your product or service. Map out user journeys, visualizing their entire experience with your brand, from initial awareness to post-purchase interactions. 5️⃣ 𝐑𝐞𝐟𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐤𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 - Leverage your multifaceted ICP to develop targeted marketing campaigns. Tailor your messaging to address the unique needs of each persona, create content that aligns with their interests, and optimize social media marketing based on consumption habits. By following these steps and creating a multifaceted ICP, you can develop targeted marketing strategies that connect deeply with your ideal customers. Hope this helps you with your hustle! #idealcustomerprofile #marketingstrategy #buyerpersonas #valueproposition
