Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a focus on retail assortment planning or related areas. • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex software products in an agile environment. • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. • Leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams. • Experience working in a hybrid work environment is a plus.
