🌟 Hong Kong Immigration Sets a New Standard for Document Application and Collection Services！ Say hello to faster, more efficient service with the upgraded and brand-new Personal Documentation Submission Kiosks (PDSKs) and Collection Kiosks (PDCKs). Now, applying for and collecting your new Hong Kong ID Cards and HKSAR ePassports has never been easier! With these new self-service stations, ImmD can now process an extra 900 applications per day! That's over 20,000 more applications processed monthly. What an incredible boost to efficiency and service delivery! We're proud to have been trusted with providing self-service kiosks at the old HK ImmD HQ, and we're thrilled that we have continued to earn our customer's trust, our latest kiosks are now supporting HK ImmD's service delivery at the new HQ, making government services even more intelligent and efficient. 🌈 Exciting News from Hong Kong Immigration! A Step Towards Smart eGovernments: Say GOODBYE to Long Lines and HELLO to Self-service Kiosks! Starting December 13, the Hong Kong Immigration Department (ImmD) has rolled out self-application services for application and collection of Hong Kong Identity Cards (HKICs) and HKSAR ePassports. The Personal Documentation Submission Kiosks (PDSKs) streamlines the process, allowing eligible applicants to complete their applications, including photo capture, fingerprint capture, form filling, signing, and application submission, all in a self-service manner and without the need to go to the counter, applicants can apply for ePassport and ID card at the same time. The entire process is now completed in under 15 minutes! Furthermore, the ImmD also introduces Personal Documentation Collection Kiosks (PDCKs), eligible applicants can collect their new ID and ePassport in one go at the self-service kiosk. With this upgrade, ImmD expects to process 900 additional applications per day, and reduce processing times for the new ID card to five working days from the current seven working days.
