It enabled quick access to policy details, claims statuses, and contracted institutions, enhancing convenience for policyholders. Inspired by its success, QNB Sigorta integrated WhatsApp into marketing scenarios, allowing customers to engage with the brand seamlessly. The QNB Sigorta Mobile App, now with 100,000 registered users, delivered a seamless self-service experience, enabling customers to access online health services (doctors, psychologists, pedagogues, and dietitians) instantly and manage their policies efficiently. The wellness blog iyihisset.com attracted 50,000 monthly visitors, offering valuable health and lifestyle content to users and reinforcing QNB Sigorta's focus on well-being. Digital initiatives including SEO optimization and marketing campaigns, as well as increased organic traffic, resulted in a 53% boost in lead generation. Digital channel production in the first four months of 2024 surpassed the entire 2023 output, reflecting the company’s strategic focus on leveraging digital platforms. Additionally, a fully paperless policy process supported sustainability and improved customer satisfaction. Operational efficiency was enhanced through a new Data Warehouse (DWH) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), streamlining workflows, improving reporting capabilities, and accelerating customer service. Projects like the “Single Screen” initiative in telemarketing shortened sales cycles and increased productivity. As a standout example of embedded insurance, QNB Sigorta partnered with a leading fintech to launch subscription-based scooter insurance. Some of our noteworthy digital achievements include: • New customer facing website: Comprising English and Arabic sites, we embraced a simple and human-centric website design, empowering our customers to easily fulfil their needs including making a claim, contacting us or accessing our range of solutions. With a 25% reduction in loading time and a healthy 36% bounce rate we continue to track and optimize our customer experience. • Improved claims servicing: We refreshed our motor claims portal to simplify the registration process and enabled SMS alerts to provide customers with real-time updates and prompt support. • Our online presence: Our social media platforms reflect our updated identity, with a focus on employee-generated content that has significantly boosted followership and engagement across all channels. Notably, on LinkedIn, we’ve seen a 24% increase in followers since 2023. Prioritizing our Google business has also improved our ratings from 2.5 to 3.0. • Partner engagement: We introduced a distributor e-newsletter which was well received by our partners as we witnessed healthy open and click through rates of 52.6% and 3.95% • Digitized health plan: To strengthen our portfolio of enhanced health solutions, we will be launching a new health plan, powered by Mednet in December 2024. This robust plans offers access to over 4,000 hospitals and clinics and offering unique benefits like symptom checker and coverage for second medical opinion amongst others These initiatives helped us achieve a net profit of AED 30.41m and Takaful of AED 802.83m in the first nine months of 2024. Our commitment to service excellence is also evident in our improved Google Business rating, which rose from 2.5 in January 2024 to 3.0 in October 2024. Since its inception, the app has garnered 25,000 downloads, maintaining an impressive monthly login average of 16,000 and an engagement duration of 14 minutes per user. This engagement underscores our mission to integrate insurance management into everyday life, making it accessible and intuitive for our customers. Additionally, we are proud to introduce Aliyah, our intelligent virtual assistant, and a suite of digital services through Zurich Online. These innovations enhance customer interactions by providing round-the-clock support and enabling smooth transitions to human advisers when necessary. Our digital ecosystem has seen a remarkable increase in service adoption, rising from 35% to 80% in just one year—and achieving an NPS of 55.9+, outperforming traditional channels. Our proprietary Digital Advice tool further redefines financial planning, utilizing advanced analytics to help customers visualize their financial futures in under an hour. This holistic approach to financial well-being empowers individuals to make informed decisions tailored to their unique circumstances. QIC brought its new app to customers, a new concept in the digital insurance landscape designed to make motorists' lives easier, and their experiences on the roads safer.
