In 2024, QNB Sigorta advanced its digital transformation with innovative, customer-centric solutions across all channels. The AI-powered WhatsApp assistant, QNBilir, a first in Turkey’s health insurance sector, provided 24/7 support to over 20,000 annual users. It enabled quick access to policy details, claims statuses, and contracted institutions, enhancing convenience for policyholders. Inspired by its success, QNB Sigorta integrated WhatsApp into marketing scenarios, allowing customers to engage with the brand seamlessly. The QNB Sigorta Mobile App, now with 100,000 registered users, delivered a seamless self-service experience, enabling customers to access online health services (doctors, psychologists, pedagogues, and dietitians) instantly and manage their policies efficiently. The wellness blog iyihisset.com attracted 50,000 monthly visitors, offering valuable health and lifestyle content to users and reinforcing QNB Sigorta's focus on well-being. Digital initiatives including SEO optimization and marketing campaigns, as well as increased organic traffic, resulted in a 53% boost in lead generation. Digital channel production in the first four months of 2024 surpassed the entire 2023 output, reflecting the company’s strategic focus on leveraging digital platforms. Additionally, a fully paperless policy process supported sustainability and improved customer satisfaction. Operational efficiency was enhanced through a new Data Warehouse (DWH) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA), streamlining workflows, improving reporting capabilities, and accelerating customer service. Projects like the “Single Screen” initiative in telemarketing shortened sales cycles and increased productivity. As a standout example of embedded insurance, QNB Sigorta partnered with a leading fintech to launch subscription-based scooter insurance. To foster innovation, the company collaborated with QNBEYOND, QNB Türkiye’s Innovation Hub, to launch the i.deaL intrapreneurship program, where employees formed teams to develop impactful ideas through a six-week bootcamp. Recognized as a “Happy Place to Work”, QNB Sigorta continues to empower customers to live worry-free today while preparing for tomorrow.
