The inclusion of this third scholarship, the KPMG captive scholarship, is pivotal in cultivating professionals aspiring to enter the #Captive industry. Mentors like Kimberley Haywood FCCA, BSc. Haywood play a crucial role in this initiative. Through her involvement in KPMG's Graduate Program and the education committee for the Bermuda Captive Network, Kimberley is exceptionally positioned to guide the scholarship recipient. She will support their journey through KPMG's Lift Off Program, ensuring they gain comprehensive exposure to the Captive-specific aspects of the Advisory, Taxation, and Audit departments.
