On election day, Bing’s 2024 United States Election interactive map will be at the forefront of your election day experience. We’ve provided more filters than ever before, allowing you to sort by Senate, House and gubernational races or simply hover over your desired state, or even county, to get more information. We’ve also included state-wide elected offices, such as State House, State Senate, Lt. Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General, as well as ballot measures.

Following along in real-time is easy, too. The map will dynamically change, with shading to indicate candidate’s leads, noting if there is an active race, swing state, or if results are still to come.

Next to the map, a side pane provides a snapshot of overall results. For the presidential election, both electoral and popular vote results will be shown. Additionally, users can select drop down boxes for state-level information.
We’re also expanding this elections day experience to mobile.

Data for our elections experience will be sourced from The Associated Press. At the top of the side pane, you’ll see an indicator noting when results were last refreshed or you can manually refresh results. The map will remain after the race is called and will be updated as final votes come in.
We look forward to sharing our elections experience with you. Learn more about Microsoft’s efforts on voter registration here or register to vote/check your registration through your state’s resources on Bing here.
We welcome your feedback as we continue to provide you more ways to access the information you need.
