The Board of Directors of EQT Corporation serves as the ultimate decision-making body of EQT, except for those matters reserved for or shared with EQT’s shareholders. The Board has four standing committees: the Audit Committee, the Management Development and Compensation Committee, the Corporate Governance Committee, and the Public Policy and Corporate Responsibility Committee.
