The man who's making an airstrike warning system for Syrians
With talk of that imminent strike on Idlib in North West Syria, the British government has announced today that it is to give more funding to help protect civilians from airstrikes by backing a technology company that provides early warnings of imminent attacks. The company, Hala Systems, uses remote sensors and other technologies, plus human spotters, and then sends warnings through air raid sirens and social media alerts.
