🚨 Advocacy alert and call to action! 🚨 The #IRA created a powerful suite of federal tax incentives encouraging the real estate community to invest in energy efficiency and clean energy over the next decade. Without strong advocacy from our community, these tax incentives are at risk of being repealed. #USGBC is mounting a vigorous defense of the IRA and providing tools and resources for our members to have their voices heard by Congress. Resources include: 👉 An industry sign-on letter for companies. Sign-on deadline is Jan. 8: https://lnkd.in/e_T2RKmR 👉 A one-click tool for individuals to email their members of Congress: https://lnkd.in/gpq5RE5V Check out USGBC's IRA Defense Resource page for updates and additional resources: https://lnkd.in/eQQfnsGW
