Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Documentation Specialist to join our Product & Engineering Teams. In this role, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive developer API documentation for client partner-facing APIs, webhooks, and SDKs. You will collaborate closely with various teams to capture the APIs' behavior, test scenarios, use cases, and customer feedback, ensuring our documentation meets clients high standards for quality and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with Product & Engineering Teams to create developer API documentation for partner-facing APIs, webhooks, and SDKs. - Work closely with development and quality teams to ensure accurate representation of APIs' behavior and various test scenarios. - Partner with Product Managers and solution engineers to capture various use cases and document them using sequence diagrams, activity diagrams, etc. - Listen to customer (developer) feedback and implement corrections and improvements to the documentation. - Collaborate with the product marketing team to review all published content to ensure it meets clients standards for publishable content.
