    Stop eating kale just because a marketing agency told you to. Kale is loaded with oxalic acid, toxic metals, and forever chemicals. Kale was used solely as a garnish until 2014 when the Kale Marketing Association came out. Before 2014, Pizza Hut bought kale to put around the salad bars so the salad would look pretty. That was the use of kale: It was a starvation food if you really needed it. But then people started eating it. I fell for Kale. One of the reasons I talk about it a lot is I was a devout raw vegan and it gave me major health problems. I'm still dumping oxalic acid from my system to this day from the time I just drank excessive amounts of kale juice. I warned Joe Rogan about it on his show a couple of times. Since that time, we have discovered kale is loaded with oxalic acid. Thallium, which is an extremely toxic metal, much worse than lead, also accumulates in kale. And, it was recently discovered that forever chemicals (PFAS) accumulate in kale as well. This is the garbage collector plant. Avoid kale at all costs.     Did you know? Vitamin D reduces all-cause mortality from COVID by 28%. Vitamin D reduces mortality from COVID in severe cases by 43%. During the pandemic, I made a sticker for all of my businesses to post. It said “Vitamin D passport accepted“ and provided a discount for those who could prove their vitamin D levels were above 70. It was obvious. 🤷♂️ If you don’t know your vitamin levels, the general rule that I’ve been following for the past 15 years comes from the vitamin D research council, which recommends 1000 IU of vitamin D3 per 25 pounds of body weight. However, you really want to get your levels tested because genetic variations in the VDR gene can mean that you require much more vitamin D. For example, with my genetics, I need three times the “normal“ dose. The current recommended daily allowance of vitamin D3 is a shockingly inadequate 400 IU. If you take Vitamin D, make sure to take these as well: 1. Vitamin A 2. Vitamin K2 3. Vitamin E Vitamin DAKE is a synergistic blend of essential vitamins D-A-K-E, which are fat-soluble vitamins working together to shuttle minerals around so that your body can build proteins, generate energy, and move electrical signals. When you consume enough fat-soluble vitamins, magic happens. A lot of nutrition research has focused on each member of the four-some individually, ignoring the fact that they interact. It is quite possible you are deficient in all of them, but you will get into trouble if you supplement some of them without tending to the others.     Many food gurus selling us the idea that chronic diseases like ADHD are from Fruit Loops are people to avoid. They are selling you a half-truth, and a half-truth always leads to a full lie. What doesn't the food guru know? They don't seem to know that younger brains are more unmyelinated and more sensitive to the light radiations around kids in schools. John Ott found this in his Sarasota school experiment in 1977, and then GE buried it in the human medical library to help support their light bulb business. Younger brains = are more sensitive to nnEMF = more melanopsin dysfunction = higher methylation defects in neurons and the supporting glia = many types of neurologic diseases. It is basic quantum biology of nnEMF 101. I'll be having this discussion today live and it should be explosive. Ironically these kids need more sunlight to cause POMC translation to create more alpha MSH to make melanin. Melanin is the best way to mitigate nnEMF in a toxic environment. The eradication of these people and their impotent ideas represents a complete change of philosophy for some of us when it comes to the people we allow in our network.     The hormone that controls water balance in humans, vasopressin, is normally released at night when light is not present. Artificial light post-sunset causes massive early chronic release of vasopressin. Screen time during the day exacerbates this. Blue light causes light stress during the day when vasopressin should not be active. So, a blue light hazard mimics a TBI. This is why I tell my tribe that MS is another disease that is a TBI due to screen abuse and a lack of sun because no one using technology at a high rate is outside. They are under indoor blue light made by man. This is critical in developing many diseases like Multiple Sclerosis. Research has shown that people with MS respond to vasopressin antagonist drugs to heal their myelin deficits. This tells clinicians that the chronic release of vasopressin to light stress is a critical problem in this immune-mediated disease.
