Jared brings experience from his internship at New York Life Insurance—where he contributed to HR operations and presented innovative ideas on marketing to Gen Z. Mitchell Newman our VP of Land in NJ/NY, recently had the honor of being a Guest Lecturer at Hofstra University Law School in Hempstead, NY. Mitch joined the Land Use Law class, offering a unique perspective by sharing practice tips, stories, and real-world experience from Lennar that complemented the insightful lessons of Hofstra's Professor Brad Schwartz, Esq. 📣 Introducing Rebecca Guy - our newest New Home Consultant in NJ. After 7.5 years of selling and managing new construction across NJ and PA with national builders, we are excited to bring her experience and passion to the Lennar team and take on new challenges. Outside of work, she is an avid traveler—41 states and counting! Hawaii is a favorite, but Alaska holds the top spot, with the US Virgin Islands as a close second.
