Following work at Virginia Tech and Boston University, we examined the DJI Phantom II’s aeroacoustic behavior through virtual simulations, comparing thrust and sound pressure levels with experimental test results at 6000 RPM. By comparing results from the finest mesh configurations with OVERFLOW2+PSU-WOPWOP and experimental data, we ensure the highest accuracy and reliability in noise prediction.
