We're excited to announce the newest team members in Operating Advisory Group (OAG), a consulting firm exclusively focused on Comvest’s portfolio companies. Spencer Hong and Scott Boze have joined OAG to support Comvest Partners' value-creation activities. Scott will collaborate with executives at Comvest's portfolio companies on business planning and strategic initiatives and work collaboratively with Comvest on certain operational due diligence activities. Spencer will work closely with executives at Comvest's portfolio companies to help maximize financial performance through effective onboarding, leading key Office of the CFO projects, and introducing best practices in financial planning and management. Comvest Partners continues to give back this holiday season. We are proud to again participate in the Salvation Army’s Angel Tree program and help provide Christmas gifts for local children in need. The program serves more than 1,500 families in Palm Beach County and hundreds of thousands of children around the country each year. We are grateful for the thoughtfulness and generosity of our employees who spread cheer to dozens of local children through gifts of toys, clothing and shoes.

As Thanksgiving approaches, we are proud to once again partner with Palm Beach Harvest and participate in its “Meet the Need to Feed” Thanksgiving Food Drive. The leading provider of rescued food in Palm Beach County, Palm Beach Harvest serves food banks, churches, non-profits, and social service agencies that feed hungry people daily.
