Today Altus Power, Inc. announced an agreement with CBRE Investment Management and Trammell Crow Company to construct a 10.5-megawatt solar project on three modern logistics buildings in New Jersey totaling more than 1.1 million sq. ft. The project will provide building tenants and community residents with access to lower-cost energy that is also carbon-free.
