Bloom is a tenant and building experience program by Trinity Partners that concepts and coordinates unique events, programming, and space rental opportunities for office properties in Charlotte and Raleigh, North Carolina. Each event is tailored to your tenants’ wants and needs, allowing you and your onsite team to focus on your asset. We build genuine relationships and loyalty with tenants through our high-touch, service-driven approach that activates the space and uplifts community. We’re hyper-local in our partnerships and focus. It’s our job to know our markets inside and out, from the newest food trucks to the most sought after retail vendors. We’re incredibly grateful to our amazing tenants at Perimeter Park, Park Point, and Southport, as well as the entire Trinity Partners | Raleigh team, for your generous donations to support the victims of Hurricane Helene in Western North Carolina! Our first delivery of much-needed supplies has already reached the distribution site in Black Mountain, North Carolina where they will be distributed to all areas in need. We’re gearing up for another supply run this month with donations still pouring in. As we all have been feeling the weight of the loss and devastation our neighbors and friends in Western North Carolina have suffered due to Hurricane Helene, we have organized a Hurricane Relief Supply Drive to support the community. Drop off locations are available at Perimeter Park and Southport Innovation Center in Morrisville and Park Point in Durham. We will coordinate transporting these donations in two trips. Trip one donation deadline is Thursday 10/17. Trip two donation deadline is Thursday 10/31. Donation drop addresses are noted below. Please feel free to share this with others who wish to contribute. 🎶 Perimeter Park tenants enjoyed another wonderful Summer Music Series at Food Truck Tuesday today and were treated to sweets from Magnificent Concessions. Drawn in by live music from Daniel Rutherford (Indie Cult Classic) and gorgeous fresh bouquets from Burkett Farm, tenants enjoyed their lunch break on The Patio (the Park’s newest amenity).
