The application for the Winter 2025 MLB On Deck is now open! The MLB On Deck Sales Training Program was established to create a pipeline of trained ticket sales individuals to expand accessibility for these positions throughout Major League Baseball. MLB On Deck is an 8-week virtual ticket sales program aimed at providing college students, with a desire to pursue a career in sports, a leg up in the hiring process for entry level sales jobs. Over 150 students have completed MLB On Deck since its inception in Summer 2021, with students gaining full time employment across the majority of MLB clubs and throughout the sports industry.
