It’s been another huge quarter for SourceWhale with some massive new features and functionality added to the platform. These have included the launch of our SourceWhale AI offering, some cool new features aimed at improving email deliverability, an overhaul to our Dashboard, a brand-new CRM integration, and more…
SourceWhale AI
Our biggest launch of Q3 was SourceWhale AI - a package of features that use AI to help recruitment consultants in two areas:
Content - SourceWhale AI’s Content features enable consultants to use generative AI to create and improve their content and campaigns.
Data - SourceWhale AI’s Data features use AI to automatically analyze, interpret, cleanse or categorize data.
Let’s take a closer look at two of the most exciting new AI-powered features that SourceWhale AI brings:
Campaign AI 🤖
One of the key new pieces of functionality in SourceWhale AI is our Campaign AI tool, which enables you to quickly generate multi-step, multichannel outreach campaigns in minutes, with AI ensuring you follow best-practice.
Whether you’re sourcing candidates or developing business, Campaign AI ensures your campaigns are built using best-practice methodologies, helping you achieve higher open and response rates.
Dialer AI summary/call transcription
Conversations with prospects, candidates, and clients often contain critical information, and it can be challenging to capture every detail. With SourceWhale Dialer’s new automatic transcription feature, you can stay fully focused on the conversation without the distraction of note-taking. The AI-generated summaries provide a concise recap, making it easy to review key points and make well-informed decisions moving forward.

Maximizing deliverability
Spintax
Spintax is a new feature that helps you maximize deliverability by inserting a randomized set of phrases or words into your emails, ensuring each message is unique. This helps your emails stand out and boosts your chances of landing in your recipient's inbox by reducing the risk of them being marked as spam. You can add Spintax to your outreach in just a few clicks, giving you maximum results with minimal effort.
Email warmup
By gradually increasing your daily sending limit, our new Email Warmup feature helps you build a positive reputation with email providers, ensuring more of your messages reach your recipients’ inboxes.
You have full control over the warmup process, choosing the rate of increase and duration, all while saving time as it automates the process for you. This is especially valuable for new customers or those launching new domains, allowing a smooth and gradual ramp-up of email sending without the risk of being flagged as spam.

Dashboard V2
We’ve given the SourceWhale dashboard a major overhaul, putting the stats you need front and centre, and including several new additions that enable you to get even more done from the Dashboard view.
Leaderboard
We’ve evolved the teammates section into a new leaderboard format, ranking team members by a variety of metrics, enabling you to see performance at a glance.
To-dos
As the first place a user lands when logging into the platform, we wanted to put some of the most commonly completed tasks at their fingertips. Number one of these is the To-do section. Users can now manage their daily tasks, from calls and LinkedIn activities, to email approvals - all from the dashboard. On top of this, super-users can view the to-dos for the rest of their team and action tasks on their behalf.
Live feed
In addition to the to-do section, we’ve added a personalized live feed to the dashboard, enabling users to see all their contacts’ interactions with their outreach and take appropriate action in the moment of greatest engagement, maximizing their chances of booking a meeting. For super-users, you can view multiple users’ feeds simultaneously, giving you the clearest possible picture of your team’s activity.
We’ve also made a number of other enhancements to the look and feel of the Dashboard that all add up to a powerful experience that helps you get more done in less time.
Data refresh
Keeping your database up-to-date is a major biggest challenge for recruiters, with constant changes happening daily. That's why we've created Data Refresh, a new feature that automatically verifies and updates contact information in your CRM/ATS, even if the contact wasn't added through SourceWhale.
When activated, any contact with a LinkedIn URL will be regularly refreshed, ensuring your database remains accurate. Changes, like job title or company, are automatically updated in both SourceWhale and your CRM/ATS, and even if no updates are needed, SourceWhale will confirm the information's accuracy.

We’ve added an integration with the popular CRM Avionté, enabling you to engage top talent and win more business with automated, personalized outreach that stands out from the competition. Whether for candidate sourcing or business development, SourceWhale makes it easy to create multi-step, multichannel outreach campaigns all in one place. SourceWhale integrates directly with Avionté, automating consultants’ administrative tasks and streamlining their workflows.
