We work directly with the owners, and are are committed to protect the owners interests and make sure that confidential information is only presented directly to verified clients. We are talking about assets with a very high value, and the worst is when a "Joker Broker" get hands on this information and offering it to the whole world. They are fishing clients by offering artworks that they have no access to, and when someone bites on this they will try to find someone who can deliver. They are "burning" the artwork, something that makes the artwork less interesting for a real buyer.
Due to this, we need to have strict procedures that must be followed by the buyer.
Off Market: For a off market artwork there are normally no mandates, we deal directly with the owner or the attorney that is appointed to take care of the offers that might come.
