Urban regeneration

Urban regeneration

Last month, Matteo Mantovani, Managing Director of Currie & Brown Italia, was invited as a guest speaker at (Re)generation stories: Road to Milano-Cortina 2026.

The Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games planned for 2026 will determine a substantial increase in terms of infrastructure, hospitality and residential development.

This represents an incredible opportunity for urban regeneration: it is time for investments, in the public and private sectors, leaving behind tangible and intangible heritage.

The developers/funds/investors are highly aware of the fantastic potentialities of this axis of 411 km long. “Currie& Brown Italia are situated right in the middle of the geographic area, between the metropolis of Milan and the fashionable ski station of Cortina D’Ampezzo in the heart of the Dolomites”, says Matteo Mantovani. “With our know-how and expertise, we are supporting our Clients and are helping them develop complex projects also through an ESG approach”.

Matteo presented various projects of urban re-generation that will come to life within 2026.

For Currie & Brown Italia, it is the perfect opportunity of supporting strategies of territorial development.
