IT JOBS GROWTH REMAINS FLAT IN NOVEMBER 

“The overall U.S. job market posted strong gains in November, but IT employment remained effectively flat. Throughout the year, technology leaders delayed hiring decisions due to economic, political, and geopolitical uncertainties.
