We were thrilled to host 90+ real estate professionals at today's Rose Client and Partner Meeting. Rose Property Management Group provided a NYC market update including rental rates, occupancy numbers, and renewal trends with a focus on NYC's tremendous post-covid recovery. Our data shows that occupancy bottomed out in November 2020 and has surpassed historic norms in just over 11 months. With over 90 years of history in this city, we have never stopped believing in NYC's ability to overcome obstacles and our data proves once again that our city is back-in-business, and continues to be a vibrant and desirable place to live and work.
