Goleta, Calif. & Lincoln, England, September 30, 2024 – Moss Motors ("Moss") and Rimmer Bros ("Rimmer Bros"), global specialty suppliers of restoration and replacement parts primarily for classic British vehicles, today announced the appointment of Emily DeStefano as Vice President of Business Operations, effective immediately. In her new role, Ms. DeStefano will oversee business operations across the companies’ U.S. and UK facilities, driving improvements in operational efficiency, customer service, and overall business performance.
Ms. DeStefano brings more than 10 years of leadership experience in the automotive aftermarket. Prior to joining Moss and Rimmer Bros, she held various leadership positions at Dorman Products Inc., working across sales, supply chain, and operations. With her diverse expertise, Ms. DeStefano is known for her sharp focus on optimizing business processes and enhancing the customer experience at every stage.
Her appointment comes as Moss Motors and Rimmer Bros continue to expand their global presence following their recent merger. Together, the companies supply over 50,000 SKUs to more than 240,000 customers in 150 countries. Ms. DeStefano will play a key role in aligning operational strategies and ensuring the companies continue to meet the evolving needs of their international customer base.
