Revolutionizing Business Cash Flow: Unveiling the Power of Invoice Factoring

January 25th 2024

In an era where fast cash flow is critical for the success of businesses, we're excited to announce a groundbreaking solution for businesses to enhance their cash flow: Invoice Factoring. Our innovative method paves the way for businesses to sell their accounts receivable at a discount for next-day cash, eliminating the waiting time that is typically associated with traditional invoicing.

"Invoice Factoring will redefine the way businesses manage their cash flow. It's a simple yet secure financial transaction designed to empower businesses by ensuring a steady cash flow," said a spokesperson for the company.

Here's how it works:

1. A business provides its goods or services, creates an invoice, and sends it to us.

2. We wire 70-90% of the invoice value to the business the next day.

3. When we collect the invoice, we wire the remaining 10-30%, less our fee (3-5%).

The percentage of the invoice businesses receive the next day ranges between 70-90%, depending on the industry, the client, the amount of factoring they will be doing, and the clients they are serving. A normal client will pay 3% on the total invoice amount if the customer is paid in 30 days or less.

Invoice factoring is not a one-time solution. We cater to businesses looking for factoring on an ongoing monthly basis. Businesses have the freedom to choose which invoices to factor. If a client pays quickly, for example, there's no need to factor that invoice.

Our goal is to make this process as straightforward and beneficial as possible for businesses. The invoice factoring application comes with a minimal set-up fee of $1,500. And there's no need for businesses to have good credit to factor. However, their customers must have a good record of paying their bills.

"Factoring is all about providing businesses with the financial flexibility they need to thrive. It's a game-changer for businesses, especially those grappling with cash flow challenges," the spokesperson added.
