The Perfect Candidate?

First impression - either it works or not, if he can deliver, done deal, let's not waste time.
He needs to really understand the culture of the organisation, our values, where we are coming from. We need to take some time for the interview to understand each other. It's important we can collaborate and feel good together.
She needs to understand that quality is what matters the most, paying attention to details and following rules and procedures.
He needs to be flexible, it's obvious that 08:45 means around 09:00, we should focus on the job and have fun.

We are all different. We view others through our lenses. How do we see objectively who is the best for our organisation?
