It’s 4am. Finally crawling into bed. The team botched the reports...again. I have a 9am client meeting - and I’m the one that has to stay up to fix the report to meet the deadline.
I’m tired of getting by on stale coffee fumes, always having to man-handle and fix last minute problems. I’m carrying the stress of potentially losing a client and maybe worse, not meeting the client’s expectations (or mine).

But when I showed her the NEW way to look at her business - and to look at the numbers, we quickly found that she didn’t need to overhaul everything in her business. The numbers clearly told us what areas were broken and leaking versus those that were running smoothly.
