Celebrating 90 with a Smile!

This year, we celebrated our 90th anniversary!

To honor our 90-year journey, we introduced our first-ever Fujifilm Group Purpose to showcase our value to society and our role in this ever-evolving world.

For nine decades, the Fujifilm Group has brought together diverse ideas, unique capabilities and extraordinary people whose work and innovative spirit brought smiles to people around the world (quite literally!) and with our Purpose of “giving our world more smiles” as our guiding light, we look forward to continuing to connect with people from all walks of life through our wide range of products and services. Thank you for being with us!

Our Corporate Responsibility

Celebrating the power of diverse stories and experiences from our employees drives our dedication to expanding and redefining diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I) at Fujifilm. This year members of our DE&I committee from Canada to Colombia gathered in our New York office to host the inaugural Americas DE&I Summit. During this 3-day event, members engaged in conversations around enhancing Fujifilm’s DE&I strategies and vision, how to foster effective change through employee and leadership-driven collaboration and developing strategies to communicate Fujifilm DE&I goals and achievements to internal and external communities.

New School Technology with a Nod to The Old School

While Fujifilm has expanded beyond film, we’ve never forgotten where we came from and how our roots in imaging play a role in all aspects of our business.

The INSTAX PAL showcased how something tiny can be oh so mighty. It’s the perfect addition to any photography project big or small as shown in this viral “tiny foods” video by creator @myminiaturelife_yt.

Moving from cameras to healthcare...

Our healthcare and life sciences teams were a clear example of how Fujifilm is working to create a happier and healthier world for all.

This year, our FUJIFILM Healthcare Americas Corporation employees traveled to over 50 conferences and tradeshows from Seattle to Singapore showcasing our full range of medical solutions from our, endoscopy, enterprise imaging, in-vitro diagnostics, and surgical and diagnostic imaging businesses.

The Celebration Continues with Outstanding Awards and Notable Anniversaries

Fujifilm and Our Community

We’re dedicated to making a difference—not only through innovation but also by fostering meaningful connections with the communities we serve. This year, we celebrated creativity at the Create With Us event in Austin, Texas, where hundreds of fans joined FUJIFILM Electronic Imaging Division and Optical Devices for hands-on workshops, inspiring talks, and an immersive experience with our latest cameras and lenses. We proudly supported the charity: water project to capture and share printed memories using their cameras, bringing smiles and stories to life for families in need.

At Fujifilm, we not only talk the talk, but walk the walk. Local area employees proudly participated in the Westchester Heart Walk, supporting the American Heart Association’s mission to fight heart disease. The Women in Sonosite group joined a breast cancer awareness walk, standing in solidarity with those affected and reflecting on the life-saving power of early detection and medical imaging.

Another highlight this year was our FUJIFILM Irvine Scientific team showing up to support the Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC) walk at Disneyland. The magical morning aligned perfectly with our overall purpose of giving our world more smiles. While our innovations drive excellence in science and healthcare, it’s events like the CHOC walk that allow us to give back in meaningful ways and extend those smiles beyond just our customers.

There are many more standout moments we’d love to include, but you’d be reading this until the end of 2025. 😉

To our employees, creators, partners, and customers thank you for being part of our Fujifilm family and for another year of growth and of course, lots of smiles along the way. Cheers to 2025!
