EXPERIENCED RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY LAWYER SOUGHT

BERKSHIRE

I am instructed to source a qualified Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to head up a Conveyancing Department on behalf of a law firm located in Berkshire.

 The successful Candidate will be either a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer; or Legal Executive with a minimum of three years PQE in residential conveyancing.

 Candidates will be expected to have the following: -

strong technical knowledge; 

• able to handle a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from start to finish including dealing with sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold transactions, re-mortgages and transfers of equity; 
• to provide excellent client service, maintain a high level of accuracy and work to strict deadlines;
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills; 
• being client-focused with the ability to manage client expectations effective
• the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and, 
• strong organisational skills and careful attention to detail.
