Do you give out 3 choices for a home inspector? For home owners insurance? For title insurance?
The reason that I ask is because I have been consciously aware of title companies raising their rates and adding fees lately. We here at Franklin have not raised rates and or added any additional fees for anything and for that reason home buyers and sellers and borrowers should be aware of their options to make a decision on their title / closing company if they're cost conscious.
