David Weekley Homes Model Now Selling in Indigo

David Weekley Homes, one of the largest privately held national home builders, is now selling 51 single-family homes in the master-planned community of Indigo in Richmond, TX.

In Indigo, the builder offers buyers five floor plans with alley-load garages situated on 35-foot homesites and nine floor plans with front-load garages situated on 50-foot homesites. Homes range in size from 1,500 to 3,000 square feet of living space with two to five bedrooms, two to four full baths and up to one half bath.

The builder recently celebrated the grand opening of its two model homes, The Anders and The Crowson, which are open daily for tours. They are located at 3301 Neighborly Lane and 3234 Home Court in Richmond, TX.

Indigo offers 42 acres of urban farmland dedicated to agriculture and a livestock pasture with opportunities for resident involvement, educational events and a chef’s table. Residents will soon enjoy Indigo Commons, a walkable town center with retail, small businesses, restaurants, outdoor gathering spaces and a central event plaza, and the Filling Station, a classic-inspired gas station and general store. They will also be able to enjoy kayaking at the community lake, walking trails and paths connecting car-free community green spaces, and convenient access to the Grand Parkway.
