The Community Driving Overhaul’s Supply Chain Success

A supply chain consists of many links, each of which plays an important role in ensuring on-time, safe deliveries. Similarly, Overhaul is built upon the hard work of hundreds of employees, all of whom play an integral role in helping us excel.   

This past year, we’ve spotlighted numerous employees for their contributions to the company. From overseeing our monitoring center in Prague to managing device processing and shipments in Mexico, these team members exemplify Overhaul’s core values and commitment to our customers. These values and community contributions were further showcased through several volunteer events in which we helped rescued animals at Safe in Austin and raised money for breast cancer research in our 100K event, by walking a combined total of 8977 kilometers. All of these successes are worth celebrating, and celebrate we did.  

Over Halloween, we held several parties with contests for best costume and pumpkin carving, and more recently, we gathered together for the upcoming winter holidays. We also honored our LGBTQIA employees with the advent of Spirit Day, and we renewed our focus on employee well-being through our mental health initiatives.  

Overhaul’s united, inclusive team is foundational to all that we do as a business, and our commitment to our customers and employees go hand in hand. In 2025, I’m excited to see the new ways in which our company comes together to tackle supply chain obstacles and create innovative solutions. I’m equally excited to see how our team members continue to grow and evolve in their individual careers and as a community.
