Chatter

Dear Essentialists,

Nothing matters more than the voice in our heads.

After all, it's the conversation we are in all of the time.

Discerning between the scared voice and the sacred voice is essential.

Fortunately, Dr. Ethan Kross, author of "Chatter" is here to help in this week's episode of the What's Essential podcast. Subscribe here.

One piece of actionable advice from this conversation is as follows:

1) Become your own coach.

2) Talk to yourself as if you were advising someone else, "Greg, given all you have going on, it's really important to decide what the most important thing is you need to do today."

That's it. It's a small shift, but it allows you to access the wiser, more encouraging voice within you.

Thank you, really, for reading.

Greg

I didn't know you're English! The voice didn't quite fit the image in my head. Anyhow, this course is very tempting... analysis paralysis moment:) Already inundated with a huge list of things to learn and check out, which is ironic 😣

Execution is often undermined and under appreciated... It's key and bridge between strategy and results.
