Celebrating one year of success at Henderson Scott: A note from our MD

Always raising the bar  

To mark one year in business, I would like to take the opportunity to reflect on a truly remarkable year. From the outset, our vision was to raise the bar in the recruitment landscape by providing tailored, client-centric solutions - I am proud to say that we have surpassed expectations and made significant strides towards that goal. Just over 12 months ago, we launched Henderson Scott in the US to better serve clients and candidates across Legal, Accounting & Finance, Technology & Data, and Real Estate & Construction. Our team has shown unwavering committed to our brand purpose, “Always raising the bar”, whether that’s pushing ourselves professionally, delivering exceptional service to our clients, or providing candidates with top opportunities where they will thrive long-term.

What we’ve achieved

Following our launch, we’ve doubled our headcount and are excited to welcome more exceptional talent over the coming months. We’ve partnered with dozens of leading organizations and placed many talented professionals, each making a difference in their new roles. The feedback from clients and candidates alike has been overwhelmingly positive, which is a testament to our team's hard work and dedication.  

Like any new business navigating an increasingly competitive market and evolving client needs, we have encountered challenges. However, I am proud of how we’ve faced these challenges with agility and resilience, refining our approach and strengthening our commitment to delivering the best recruitment experience.   

As we look to the year ahead, we continue to build a solid foundation for continued growth in the years to come, and I'm excited to announce that we’ll be opening a second US office in Charlotte before the year-end.
