Announcing Leadership Updates at Fusion Consulting

We are excited to share important updates regarding our leadership team that will enhance our continued success and innovation at Fusion. 

Effective November 29th, 2024, Florian Kleinert will take on the role of Chief Business Development Officer (CBDO) at Fusion Consulting. 

In his new position, Florian will focus on expanding our market presence and identifying new opportunities for growth. He will collaborate closely with our sales office, account leads, and practice leads to broaden our service portfolio and drive account profitability. Key responsibilities will also include bid management and opportunity qualification. His extensive experience and strategic vision will be invaluable as we enter this next chapter of development. 

We are also pleased to announce that Matt Waterfield will assume the role of Managing Director for Fusion Digital. Matt brings a proven track record of delivering exceptional results and building strong client relationships throughout his career. His deep understanding of our industry and commitment to excellence makes him the ideal leader for Fusion Digital and the on-going development of our CCMS (Cold Chain Management Solution). 

Under Matt’s guidance, we are confident that Fusion Digital will not only meet but exceed its goals, driving innovation and enhancing our solutions and service offerings to better serve you.
