A state-of-the-art, LEED Gold+ facility designed to empower excellence on and off the court. This 50,000 sf center embodies diversity, inclusion, and innovation, with 85% female-led design and construction teams. Features include practice courts, training spaces, and sustainable design solutions, setting a new standard for athlete performance and community engagement.

A cohesive and vibrant signage system that reflects the city’s rebranding, vitality, and energy. From entrance signs to wayfinding and civic markers, the designs emphasize brand consistency and community identity while integrating thoughtful siting and landscape considerations.

A 9,360 SF state-of-the-art fire station designed to serve the Santa Rita community while preserving its cherished desert ecosystem and mountain views. This facility supports cancer-free initiatives and reflects the local architectural style, ensuring both function and community harmony.

A vibrant urban park designed to strengthen the “heart” of the Village of Howard, offering year-round spaces for reflection, interaction, and activity. Anchored by a pavilion, amphitheater, and multi-use public plaza, the park supports community events, dining, skating, and more, fostering a strong sense of connection and place.

Featuring crown grazers, bowl floodlights, and even metal panel illumination, the dynamic system brings vibrant color, enhanced visibility, and a new level of energy to the arena, enriching the experience for events and fans alike.

After 15 years of dispersed departments, North Liberty’s new City Hall unites municipal services and creates a true city center. With public meeting spaces, outdoor terraces, and accessible infrastructure for cars, bikes, and pedestrians, the design fosters community engagement, trust, and inter-departmental collaboration—all while serving as a hub for events and gatherings.

Designed to meet the growing demand for specialty outpatient surgical care, this state-of-the-art facility features six operating rooms, four endoscopy rooms, and modern support spaces. With a focus on patient flow, staff efficiency, and multidisciplinary collaboration, the center enhances access to high-quality care and reduces travel for the Ames community.

Transformed from natural turf to state-of-the-art synthetic turf, the upgraded 7.34-acre facility now supports up to six flag football fields or two soccer fields, ensuring reliable, weather-resistant spaces for intramurals and community events. Enhanced with new sidewalks, fencing, sound systems, and Wi-Fi, the fields provide a premier recreational experience for students and the community.

Inspired by the rich Native American culture and stunning regional landscapes, Ms. Jane’s offers an unforgettable dining experience. With premium steaks, fresh seafood, and tantalizing pasta paired with a curated wine list, every meal celebrates the region’s bounty. Rotating menus highlight the freshest seasonal ingredients, ensuring a dynamic culinary journey in a beautifully designed space that reflects its cultural and natural inspirations.

Modernized with a new Career and Technical Education Wing, state-of-the-art culinary arts classroom, and an upgraded media center, this project enhances both learning opportunities and safety. Featuring a new ICC-500 rated storm shelter and a more efficient central plant, the school now provides a cutting-edge, resilient environment for future generations of students.

Central Iowa's largest solar farm, this 2.2MW project pioneers agrivoltaics research by combining solar power generation with crop cultivation. A collaboration between ISU and Alliant Energy, the farm explores how crops thrive under solar arrays, merging energy and agriculture to optimize land use and benefit the local community.

Designed to serve all ages, this 30,000+ square foot, two-level multipurpose center reimagines the traditional senior center. Featuring spaces for coffee, crafts, events, and exercise—including pickleball courts, a golf simulator, and an indoor running track—the center fosters connection, health, and recreation for the Ankeny community.

Addressing a critical need for accessible healthcare, this clinic serves Drake University staff, students, and the surrounding Des Moines community with primary and urgent care, mental health counseling, and student health services. Featuring an efficient on-stage/off-stage design, outdoor plaza, and sustainable elements like solar panels, the clinic creates a welcoming and resilient space for care while enhancing the University Avenue streetscape.
