ArangoDB Community Edition is an open-source graph database using an Apache version 2 license. It is supported by a large, active open source community with over 12,000 stargazers on GitHub. In addition to graphs, ArangoDB natively supports additional data models, including JSON documents and key-value. It also includes ArangoSearch, full-text search engine including similarity ranking capabilities integrated into ArangoDB. ArangoDB Query Language (AQL) is a declarative query language that ties all these data models together with a broad range of access patterns, including traversals, joins, search, and geospatial.
