This fostered my ability to work collaboratively, delegate tasks effectively, and ensure successful event execution. 📍Vice President at Rotaract Club of BIT Sindri 🪄: My tenure as Vice President of the Rotaract Club of BIT Sindri instilled in me the importance of social responsibility and community engagement. Organizing service projects and events allowed me to contribute to a cause bigger than myself, fostering a sense of purpose and fulfillment. 🏷 These roles, beyond the technical skills, have had a profound impact on my personal growth. Hi Everyone! I am trying to be more active on this platform and to share what Asperio has been up to in the past year while also giving a sneak peek into what we will do in the future. As part of our Asperio Go To School initiative, we have worked with several schools and professionals to give them hands-on experience with Low-Cost Industrial Automation and Karakuri Kaizen. Karakuri is a term from Japan that refers to a lean methodology involving simple, mechanical material handling devices that rely on gravity and other natural mechanisms to move products across a facility. As we realize at Asperio, although the usage of Karakuri is prevalent in the Japanese automotive Industry, the potential impact on the local industry in Indonesia has not yet been realized to the fullest. This knowledge gap in the industry inspired us to set up interactive workshops where participants get their hands dirty with constructing Karakuri mechanisms to get them used to the creation and the ideation of Karakuri solutions. We want to give out a big thank you to ATMI Cikarang as one of our latest partners in realizing this initiative. ATMI hosted us at their campus to talk in front of more than 200 students from 5 different programs, including mechanical engineering, mechatronics, and electrical engineering. The event was successfully carried out in two chapters and was overall enjoyed by the participants. I want to thank Pak Agung Hananto for inviting us and the experts at Asperio, M Dakka Krisma Dwikade, and Khairul Meisandi for sharing their Karakuri wisdom with the next generation of change-makers. In an age where the acceleration of industrial digitalization and automation has become an important issue for Indonesia and its government, introducing simple and effective automation methods that require a reasonable investment should be the first starting point. What better way to introduce such a concept than to those who will become the backbone of Indonesia’s golden age? G’day connection, LOL, or Learning Over Lunch, serves up a monthly feast of knowledge and camaraderie with Velesto Energy Berhad ‘s Senior Management Team. Picture this: 15 employees from diverse backgrounds, positions, and divisions gather for a luncheon rendezvous with one of the company's leaders. Yesterday, it was Mr. Chong Eu Jin-the VP of IPM, taking the helm.  The vibe? Electric! Mr. Eu Jin dazzled with insights on integrity, emphasizing its pivotal role for every employee. He delved into the importance of aligning KPIs and initiatives with the company's grand vision and mission, leaving everyone nodding in agreement. But it wasn't all business! One curious participant couldn't resist asking about Mr. Eu Jin's passion for motorbikes and his penchant for nature. I had the chance to attend PETRONAS MIPAC (Making Impossible Possible Award & Convention) 2024 today at the Sepang International Circuit (SIC), and it was an inspiring experience. The event was all about celebrating the innovative ideas of PETRONAS staff - ideas that have turned into real, practical solutions to make work and life simpler and better. You could really feel the excitement and drive for improvement in the air. One moment that stuck with me was the keynote speech by the PETRONAS COO, Adnan Zainal Abidin. He shared his personal career story and how he’s handled moving between different roles. His words hit hard, especially when he said: “Planning your career is *untrue*. Opportunity doesn’t come when you want it. When it comes, grab it, take on the challenge, and figure it out as you go. That’s how you grow.” That really made me think. We often get caught up in trying to plan our careers, but his message was a reminder that things don’t always go according to plan. Opportunities show up when we least expect them, and it’s up to us to be ready, adapt, and learn through the process. The truth is, growth doesn’t happen because we stick to a plan - it happens because we’re flexible enough to take risks and learn from the transitions we face. What struck me too was that the COO clearly knew who he was talking to - this audience of innovators at PETRONAS, people who are always challenging the status quo and pushing boundaries. His message really hit home for this group. All in all, the event was a great reminder that whether we’re talking about innovation or careers, success comes from being ready to embrace change and push ourselves beyond the comfort zone. It was a day full of insights! 🛫🫡

Let's give it a try! 😊 At first, I wasn't sure if the GoGraduate program at Plzeňský Prazdroj was the right step to kickstart my career. Now, I know it was the right decision, and I wouldn't change a thing. I had minimal prior experience with logistics and supply chain management. That's why I wasn't 100% sure if it was the right path for me. However, I knew that I enjoyed working with people, understanding how things work, and figuring out how to improve them. The opportunity to try out different positions through 4 rotations over two years seemed like a fantastic chance. If you're still undecided about which direction to take, this is an excellent experience that will help you profile your future path. Plus, you get to see the company from various angles and think bigger. And guess what, one of the rotations is abroad! 🌍✈️ Working on real projects makes the experience even more practical and engaging, not to mention the learning from both successes and challenges. Colleagues here are always ready to help and offer their insights on any issue.
