Disappointed with VLEKTRA's Lack of Commitment and Communication
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with VLEKTRA regarding the delivery of the Velocity 180 bike that I booked in August 2024. Despite making the full payment, I am yet to receive my bike.
Initially, VLEKTRA committed to delivering the bike by the end of October 2024. When that deadline passed, they assured me it would be delivered by the second week of December. Now, it’s mid-December, and there’s still no update.
What’s more frustrating is the lack of communication. Their contact numbers are not reachable, and they are not responding to my WhatsApp messages. This lack of transparency is unacceptable and raises concerns about whether customers are being treated fairly.
I chose VLEKTRA because I trusted their brand, but this experience has left me questioning their commitment to their customers. I urge VLEKTRA to take this matter seriously, provide a clear update on my bike’s delivery, and improve their communication with customers.
