As we enter the final month of 2024, reflect on your achievements and any areas where you may have fallen short of your goals. Consider what improvements could have been made. Rather than seeing December as a time to relax until January 1, view it as an opportunity for planning and organizing your systems. Use this month to set the stage for a dynamic start in the new year on January 1. What are you doing to prepare for 2025?

The finish line for 2024 is in sight—how do you want to cross it? Here’s my plan: 1️⃣ Reflect on the biggest wins (big and small) and misses of the year. 2️⃣ Choose one focus area to finish strong. 3️⃣ Plan one small action for every day until the year ends. ✍ Here are my questions for this process: 1️⃣ What worked well this year? What do I want MORE of? What do I want to STOP doing? What did I learn from the misses? 2️⃣ What is the most leveraged use of my time during this busy time of year? What’s my One Thing? 3️⃣ What habit do I want to build or strengthen that will make the end of the year amazing? You don’t need to sprint to the end—just keep moving forward. Let’s end the year proud of our progress, not overwhelmed by perfection. 💛 39/90 #90daychallenge #planning #reflection #q4 #annualplanning
