We’re honoured to have received the National Award for our livelihood program for persons with disabilities by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, today. This recognition is a reflection of the passion, dedication, and hard work of every single person at Zomato who has helped make this program a success. Over the past two years, we’ve made real strides through these initiatives, and we couldn’t be prouder of what our teams have achieved together. Grateful to our partner NeoMotion, for creating life transformative products for individuals with disabilities! Looking ahead, we’re going to work towards onboarding over 5,000 individuals with disabilities into the Zomato team. Our Founder & CEO, Deepinder Goyal has also made a pledge to support the education of children of delivery partners with disabilities, with the aim of creating a program that helps them achieve their dreams and build a brighter future. This recognition is our small step towards contributing to a more equitable society.

you are not taking this seriously..you must have a contact number so that customer can directly connect to the support team as because your chatbot Zia is a dumb. You should train your delivery agents first , they should know how to handle food , how they can keep the presentation intact.. today I order a pizza from a restro called Cookies and Cakes, but received a trash, order id : 6408682792... This is not the first time, previously also I had received wrong, broken sealed product and not always able to report.. but this time it's crossed all the limit.. is this a pizza!! this is a shit.. Request your delivery partner to pick this up.. and refund the Amount I paid.. I dont want to reorder anything from zomato.. refund my amount which I had paid for gold membership also.. I will order the same from Swiggy or magicpin but never from Zomato Regards, rajdeep basu ph : 7003631389

#Zomato blocked our ID 37 days ago, and several attempts to resolve the issue,there has been no prompt action or proper guidance from #deepigoyal side.I request immediate restoration of the ID and demand #compensation for the prolonged #TGPWU downtime.#TelanganaCOL #TelanganaCMO

Dear Sir, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concerns about the current platform fees being charged. After reviewing the costs, I’ve found that the fees are significantly higher than what I had initially anticipated. As a user, this is becoming a challenge, and I believe it may also impact the overall value proposition of your platform. Example :- I stay in banglore location yeshwanthpur triveni road ( If have order a chicken briyani it's next to my shop where i get the same chicken briyani it will cost me 90rs were ur plat form is charging me 256rs were deliver boy is earning 60rs for 500mtrs then ur charging extra 100rs Sir itna b maat luto customer ke paisa bhout mehant se log kaamate hi khane pine may aap Itna marige maat rako sir khane se zayada apko order price hi

Congratulation Swostik Sourav Dash Siddarth Daga NeoMotion Zomato. The vision behind this livelihood program is awesome. But the perseverance to push it through to this level and scale is even more commendable.
