Your primary focus will be on maximizing sales, expanding market presence, and ensuring efficient distribution of products to meet customer demand. You will, for the product categories assigned will strive to ensure Sales to all Channels – distribution network, B2B, Corporate & Enterprise, as per the given guidelines of the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Territory Management: Develop and implement distribution strategies to optimize coverage, market penetration, and product availability within the assigned territory. 2. Channel Development: Identify and recruit new distributors, retailers, and partners to expand the distribution network. Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners to drive sales growth. 3. Sales Planning: Collaborate with the distributors and management to set sales targets and develop action plans to achieve them. Forecast sales volumes and monitor performance against targets. 4. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and competitor activities within the territory. Use insights to refine distribution strategies and tactics. 5. Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels at distributor and retailer locations to ensure adequate stock availability. Coordinate with logistics and operations teams to manage stock replenishment and distribution efficiently. 6. Training and Support: Provide product training, marketing support, and sales tools to distributors and retailers to enhance their selling capabilities and product knowledge, where required. 7. Performance Monitoring: Track distributor and retailer performance against sales targets and KPIs. Analyze sales data and market feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 8. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including distributors, retailers, and internal teams. Address any issues or concerns raised by partners in a timely and effective manner. 9. Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards within the territory.
