Being busy doesn't always mean being productive! Proof? A study suggests that employees in SMEs waste 26 days a year on tasks that don't add any value. That got me thinking about our team at Credfino. I asked everyone, "What's one task you wish you could drop?" We turned it into a fun challenge, getting the whole team to pitch in their ideas. The goal? Identify what's hindering our productivity. You wouldn't believe the range of responses we got! But the top answer? Timesheet creation and submission. Yes, it's crucial for billing our clients, but I got the message from my team. So, we found the perfect automation tools. Now, those mundane tasks? Gone. Our team is now spending time on work that matters. This is not just for #Accounting teams Any team, from marketing to operations, can transform their day-to-day work with this strategy.
