A company which doesn't have a helpline to call. A chat helpline to address issues. This is a total disaster. Since yesterday thousands of my rupees were deducted for an order , the order was not processed and there is no way to connect to them , except sending them an email. Compare it with Blinkit and it stands nowhere. Never again am I going to order anything from this app , and I would urge everyone else as well to be cautious.

Zepto Aadit Palicha shut down your poorly managed shop now thousands of people are complaining since yesterday about deduction of money but no steps have been taken yet from your end

I've been trying to get in touch with your customer care for the last two hours, but no one is responding. My order was consistently displayed as packed. when I asked them to cancel the order, they marked it delivered.  I think it would be better for you to shut down your business before stealing from more people.

Worst customer care service, your chatbot or executive put me on hold to transfer or connect to the supervisor and disappeared when asked for my refund over transaction declined status got deducted with 2300 and 2380, which is twice. Sent an email to the support still no response whatsoever.

Don’t over commit. No gifts were received. Same happened to few of my known. People should not use Zepto for such cheating purposes.

Zepto my money got deducted no order showing. I have mail also no reply. Called also no response.
