🍇Insightful article! Versatility in pairing is definitely complementary to the growing adventurousness among consumers of both food and beverage. We’ve been seeing tastes shift to favor high acidity and low/medium body, but the lower alcohol content is another great point. Minerality is another popular trait. Some Italian varietals shining at the moment include Falanghina, Grillo, Verdicchio and Vermentino - go try some! And let me know what other styles you’re enjoying. 🥂
